In their opinion if too many people keep pets at home, it's bad for the environment. What is worse, pets may make too much noise and even attack people.
I like animals, so I don't think it's bad to keep pets at home. But we must take some measures to prevent them from polluting our environment.I agree to the families should have the pets because this would show us comfort with thoes pets are homeless. And by having the pets, it would temper our patience and develop our loving and caring. It would also make our lives a full of fun.
I disagree about those families who had the pets because their pets polluted the the way cities suppose to look like. Their pets would do business on the street and the owner didn't clean afterward. So this would create messy street around the cities, and it also could lead us in difficultly relationship with our neighbor. Other reason is the pets are too noisy and it could bite the people when they were on the streets.
